Only issue involved the crew he had which washed out the tarps full of cement onto my lawn and dumped unused cement and bricks into the back of my yard. When I found it, he apologized, didn't question it and came back to remove it without delay. He's a good guy. Use him"

"J&J Paving Inc. did an excellent job & I am satisfied with the service received from Manuel & the rest of his crew. On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. The other contractors did not provide a good proposal and some of them took too long to provide a proposal. I already recommended J&J/Manny Paving to three of my neighbors."

Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. "Worked with estimator to come up with estimate. I have been meeting with several paving companies and have a good idea of the work that is required and how much it should cost. While the estimator has been professional and responsive the estimate was wildly more expensive than every other proposal. Most estimates for the work we need is in the $8K to $10K range which is an acceptable range. Palmieri provided a quote for $21K. Not only that but the quote was for less quality. All proposals provide for base foundation of 4 to 6 inches of base and 3 inches of asphalt. Palmieri provide for only 2 inches of base and 2 inches of asphalt. Keep all of this in mind when reviewing any proposal. Not competitive pricing after multiple discussions to be clear on what they would deliver."
