"Work was exceptional. Concrete Floor in my Garage was seriously damaged from rainwater and salt from the snow. Jim was able to even out Floor and place epoxy flooring with flakes. Given it a beautiful finish. Jim paid attention to details. His work ethic was unbelievable. He and John were on their hands and knees. Scrubbing the damage floors with a scrub brush in one hand and a vacuum in the other. His reason for this. He did not want any dust to compromise the integrity of the floors. "We had the hardwoods throughout our house refinished along with the stairs and hand railing.  We got a couple of quotes and True Way was the only company that would stain the hand railing to match the floors.  They were slightly more expensive than the other quotes, but we went with them anyway because they seemed more professional and also seemed to have a lot of experience.  Having the hand rail refinished was a pretty expensive add-on and it does show a few streaks from the stain, but it's much, much better than it would have been if we had left it the previous blonde color and stained the hardwoods dark.  Overall, we're very happy with the finished product and Rodriguo ran a very professional business. I do wish that we had discussed the number of color samples he was going to put down, but that was just my mistake because I had made an assumption about how many we would see without actually speaking to him.
