(On a side note, he even noticed my firepit was a tad too close to my garage while I was burning scrap wood and he quickly grabbed a long board and moved it away from my house, saving me from potential damage.)"

"Responded right away. Made an appointment for the next day Technician showed up and said the remote receiver was bad and removed it. Light and fan worked for one day. Next day stopped working again. I contacted them again and got a terse message saying “ you need a new ceiling fan” and refused to come back. My son looked at it and tightened the wire nuts and it’s worked fine after that. So I wasted $100"
