He’s also painted/sealed my basement walls and floor. When all jobs were done, he was sure to leave a clean space. "Mike and his crew showed up everyday on time and stayed for eight hours each day. They demolished the old siding first and made sure to clean up all materials around the lawn. They placed cloths down while working inside and again swept everything up at the end of the day. They were very professional and installed all materials perfectly. Whenever there was a problem, everyone stayed positive and worked around it. Excellent communication with me about any questions they had. The quote which was given at the beginning of the project was right on at the end. No surprises. The house looks just fantastic! Siding is level, doors work and lock easily and the window all open smoothly. This is our fourth project with Mike and he, and his entire crew are just outstanding. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Also, remember that even though your stained deck may feel dry to the touch, it can take 24 hours to one week to cure fully, based on the type of stain used.

Wet-sanding and dry-sanding each have pros and cons. Dry-sanding is less messy, so it’s a good option if you’re trying to minimize dust (for example, if you’re sanding an occupied home or working with particularly dry or dusty drywall mud). However, dry-sanding is quicker because you don’t have to keep rinsing a sponge or wait for it to dry before painting.
