Mike and his crew showed up everyday on time and stayed for eight hours each day. They demolished the old siding first and made sure to clean up all materials around the lawn. They placed cloths down while working inside and again swept everything up at the end of the day. They were very professional and installed all materials perfectly. Whenever there was a problem, everyone stayed positive and worked around it. Excellent communication with me about any questions they had. The quote which was given at the beginning of the project was right on at the end. No surprises. The house looks just fantastic! Siding is level, doors work and lock easily and the window all open smoothly. This is our fourth project with Mike and he, and his entire crew are just outstanding. He asked questions of us before and during the project to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The crew cleaned up the area and was always very kind and courteous. It's important to put all this work in the context of the season. The majority of this was completed in the middle of our very cold and snowy winter! Mr. Anson and his team did a great job protecting other floors in the house when traveling about, going in and out of the snow. Some things are unavoidable when major remodeling is occurring within a home, but his team was very cognizant of our needs in the other areas of the house. After each day's work, they always did their best to reorganize and contain the work areas, along with removing extraneous water/dirt brought in from the outside elements. Mr. Anson was called when our previously planned bathroom work had just begun and had quickly gone awry! He came to give us an estimate exactly when scheduled. He gave not only a very fair and thorough estimate of the work to be done, but an honest appraisal of our unrealized needs. He immediately instilled confidence, and put our minds at ease. He possessed the knowledge and expertise that we so badly needed, and it was an easy choice to go with his company for our project! Mr. Anson, as well as, each and every member of his team was very polite, respectful, and approachable. We were able to communicate any questions and introduce future needs for the rest of the house. Questions were welcomed while on the job and he, also, encouraged us to feel free to contact him at home if need be. They always arrived at our home as scheduled. The work was not only completed with great excellence, but expediently as well. Any delays were due to OUR previous mistake in NOT having an experienced contractor, Mr. Anson, do our measuring and ordering. He rectified our mistakes and got things back on track. We, never once, were concerned about the security of our home. We felt very confident leaving the house while the work was in progress. If not at home when work was completed for the day, our arrival was met with a closed and locked up house.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job bringing everything back as it was. He was very professional and honest. His price was fair and the job was done quickly with everything cleaned up and looking great. I really appreciate his free price quote which others had charged money for and how he and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using Anson Construction now for all future projects. Excellent experience.

Mike did a great job helping me with my plan for the bathroom, he was able to look a few steps ahead and point out possible future concerns and offer alternative suggestions. He made everything simple, I literally only needed to pick out what I wanted, and he took care of the rest (ordering, delivering, etc.). He and his crew arrived and finished exactly when Mike said they would, and cleaned up after. His eye for detail was especially appreciated, making sure everything worked perfectly, and even fixing a couple other small things for me while he was here. I will definitely use him again!!

As well as something like this can be expected, given the disruption to a family's daily routine. We were very pleased with Mike honoring the start date he had promised, and the amount of time he said the job was going to take. Once his crew began the demolition work, they stayed right with the work right up until we had a functioning usable kitchen again. No diversions to other jobs. Follow up issues were handled promptly.

I will definitely be calling Mike Anson for the Kitchen remodel when the time comes. He not only did a superb job, but he came into an absolute disaster area and had to correct the mess and shoddy job left by two previous incompetent contractors. He was timely, diligent and they cleaned up after themselves daily. They communicated throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. Superb craftsmanship!!

Anson`s Construction Company did a great job on my kitchen. It was totally gutted and done over. The guys were all pleasant to work with and professional. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. The remodel was done in a very timely manner. Mike and his crew listened to what I wanted in kitchen and followed through. I love my "New Dream Kitchen"

Mike is very professional. He does quality work and is very dependable. I am very satisfied with the job.

Overall, went well and this was a large job. We had a few problems with subcontractors, but that was not the fault of Mike and his crew. They were always on time, courteous, thoughtful, neat and clean. I really liked that things were cleaned up at the end of the day, as we were 'living' amongst the construction.

Once the work started, it went quick, no mess, and high quality.

This installation is never an easy one, and can be quite technical; as critical cuts needed to be made into joists, and load bearing beams in the small area where it was needed. We were very impressed from start to finish, from our initial phone call to Mike, to his personal inspection of the work required ( including a clear, understandable, and written estimate of the work to be done), the actual installation, capped with a complete cleanup of the area. In a couple of hours of work, it looked like they were never there. This is something we wanted to get done for years; as it makes our attic space much more accessible, and functional. All the work was done quickly, to professional construction standards, was very reasonably priced, and to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Mike! :-)

Mike is the ultimate professional. His quotes are accurate and there are no surprises. If he needs to change anything or if you decide to change anything, he will give you options and professional advice without pressure. He is honest and trustworthy. He is thorough and precise and his workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend him.

It went well. There was good communication. Work was done in a timely manner once it began. I was consulted immediately when there were any questions. If there was something Anson Construction couldn't do, they didn't hesitate to bring in other capable companies. This job was done years ago, but I still love everything they have done in my home.

Excellent! Crew was professional and accommodating. Construction company owner was onsite for Much of construction process and he was always available to discuss process. Outcome was more than we hoped for and I expect to engage Anson Costruction in the future for other projects.

The contractor and his staff were on time every day. They finished the work in the time that they said that they would. The workers cleaned up after they completed the job. The quality of the work was exceptional. The contractor was available to discuss changes in the scope and methods of the various jobs.
