Great guys to do business with. Polite, friendly, and all around good experience. Very particular about their work. Made sure everything was done correctly. If you need insulation hire them.

1) Extremely accommodating. When I explained I had another estimate but was uncomfortable, Patrick was here the next day. He inspected my attic, explained what needed to be done and why and provided me with a quote. 2) Professional yet friendly and so very honest. 3) My attic is insulated as scheduled and they left everything neat and clean. Plus the thermostat is lower and my house is much warmer! 4) I canâ t say enough good about I.M.I. Home. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulation.

They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Since they put in the insulation the furnace has not kicked on at all during the night and since they added the ballasts there is no more moisture on the ceilings. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend IMI home if you are thinking of insulating your home. I had my attic and exterior walls insulate. What a difference, I no longer feel any drafts, and the bedrooms at the end of my house aren't cold anymore. They showed up on time and were very neat with their work.

Patrick did a great job explaining the job to me. Price was fair. Showed up on time, worked quickly and provides photographic support to the work he completed. Also, cleaned up before leaving....like he was never there. I would recommend.

Patrick contacted me soon after I put my project on Angi looking for contractors. We set up an appointment for him to give us an estimate and he and his team were here the following week to complete the project. Patrick and his crew arrived and carefully explained what was going to happen during the project. Each section was insulated efficiently complete with pictures for me to inspect. Our daughter was visiting with her young baby and our day had little disruption even though this project was ongoing during the entire day. Patrick and his team thoroughly cleaned up after each section was insulated. We felt Patrick's estimate was very reasonable and competitive. We feel very secure in knowing that our house is fully insulated and so much more efficient in both warm and cold weather! You will not regret hiring IMI to do you next insulation job!

Patrick came and looked at the attic and relived me of stress. He is honest he was honest and do you want me to put your hand and tell me I did not need more insulation.
