Not only was the repair done but several weeks later when it stopped working the owners walked me through fixing it (I had accidentally stopped it myself) over the telephone - were courteous and efficient

Clock was not working, at all. By the time Jeff and Louise finished with it, it ran beautifully. After repairing the clock, they kept it for about a week to make sure it was working properly. All repairs took approximately 2 weeks. They are both very professional and friendly. House Calls for Tall Clocks Free In-Shop Estimates 20 Plus Years of Experience Hours by Appointment Only Their hours are very flexible and they will work with you to make an appointment. Our overall experience with Hickory Dickory was outstanding. If you need repairs on your clock; these are, by far, the people to see.
