Due to timing I have not yet gotten it fixed, but this company called me back to set up a time to come to my home to see what was wrong with the clock. I am over 60 miles away. They were very professional and helpful in their information. I would go back to them when I am ready to have the clock fixed.

 + -1 moreClock was not working, at all. By the time Jeff and Louise finished with it, it ran beautifully. After repairing the clock, they kept it for about a week to make sure it was working properly. All repairs took approximately 2 weeks. They are both very professional and friendly. House Calls for Tall Clocks Free In-Shop Estimates 20 Plus Years of Experience Hours by Appointment Only Their hours are very flexible and they will work with you to make an appointment. Our overall experience with Hickory Dickory was outstanding. If you need repairs on your clock; these are, by far, the people to see.
