He had all the equipment needed and more, ready for any hiccups to occur and tackle them. The job was finished within 6 hours when id expected it to be a few days worth of work. He meticulously cleaned the work areas, was kind, respectful, and walked me through all of what he was doing. He even removed the poles from my previous metal fence. "After requesting services, Etmond contacted me quickly and scheduled me right away. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Our porch needed repairs as the floor boards were popping up and some were dropping down. The base of each post that supports the roof, were falling apart. Etmond was a pro! He knew what was wrong and fixed all the unsafe floor boards and secured both ends of the porch (something the original installer failed to do). Etmond also replaced all post supports with the proper product. Our porch is now safe to walk on and we can't thank him enough for the excellent work he did.
