He had all the equipment needed and more, ready for any hiccups to occur and tackle them. The job was finished within 6 hours when id expected it to be a few days worth of work. He meticulously cleaned the work areas, was kind, respectful, and walked me through all of what he was doing. He even removed the poles from my previous metal fence. Wonderful professionalism and would highly recommend."

The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. "What an amazing experience! It is very rare to find a business with a group of people who are as knowledgeable, personable, professional, and reliable as the family who owns The Climate Chief. I am one of those customers who really do their homework, from buying toasters to installing insulation and everything in between. I also ask a LOT of questions. (Not all vendors love that!) It took me a couple of weeks to find a company that could provide the exact solution I needed for my home. I use the word solution because they did not just say, **Here is the insulation we sell. This is the cost** They actually took the time to evaluate my entire attic and home to find the combination of things that made the most **big picture** sense. I have never received such a comprehensive written proposal from ANY other company in all the years I have lived Upstate. They also gave me a list of add-on options and explained the combinations. They contacted me with a detailed email the night before the start date to let me know when they would be arriving, who would be on the team, exactly what they would be doing, and how long it would take. Wow. It was so refreshing to communicate with professionals who answered all of my questions and actually welcomed them before the project began and during the installation.
