Kristi from Advance Commercial (and his team) were, BY FAR, the best workers I have ever had at my home. They went way above and beyond what was requested, putting full attention on each aspect of the work including the smallest of details. I imagine this is what people mean when they say old world craftsmanship! They fulfilled their promises, kept me fully informed and were just plain kind and lovely to work with. Their price was better than I expected and I look forward to having them back to do some stone and brick work next spring. I just wish I could give them more than five stars!

It went phenomenal. They gave me a estimate before theh started so I wouldn't be surprised. The job went better then I expected. I'm already planning on using them again for a different.

Kristi did a good job doing our deck. At first we wanted to change it to treks because the deck look terrible to us and previous biders said so too. He was our final bid for this project. He said there really is nothing wrong with our deck, and that 90% is still in a good shape. He only had to replace 3 boards, redo the steps from 3 to 4 steps, and added another bench. He sanded and gave it a new coat. The colors we chose made the deck look like treks and brand new. He is only go to tell you what you really need. Not try to up sell you. Him and his crew are hardworking and get the job done well and not rushed. They take pride in thier work. We will be using him and his ceew for future projects and definitely recommend him.

We are 100% satisfied with Kristi and his company. Their communication was very clear and open throughout the process. The work quality is top notch. Kristi breathed new life into our patio and also beautified our concrete in our backyard. Highly recommended!

The work was excellent. Kristi and Eri were very easy to work with. They came when they said they would come and finished the job in an efficient manner.
