"We had a somewhat rocky start, but then I spoke with the company and they addressed all of my concerns.  The window installers who came to address my concerns were very professional and went over everything with me.  They cleaned up anything that was messy and took care with the interior of my condo. They went above and beyond to make me happy.  They didn't leave until we went through everything.
The bathroom installers were great.  They cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day.  They replaced the tub/shower are and installed a tile floor. They told me how long I needed to wait before going in to paint the hard to get once the sink and commode are installed places.  They also told me that I could paint the trim before it was installed.  I was very busy after they left and before they returned!  When I poked my head in to watch their progress, they answered my questions and gave me progress reports.  They were very professional and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
