I met Dave by accident, had just found out my water softener had filled up with water and was at Home Depot getting sand when I saw Daves truck outside, asked him if he knew anything about water softeners and was he available, he got back to me very soon and started working on my problem. I would feel very confident having Dave do any plumbing job."

"The company was very responsive. They returned the call quickly and arrived on time. The plumber they sent was friendly and experienced. He laid out the options and cost to repair and replace the toilet. He did a good job. I agreed to have the toilet flange and shut off valve replaced as well - the plumber did a good job he worked quickly and I am glad to have the job done. However, when he was done he said I forgot to tell you we do not take the old toilet away - this would have influenced my decision to replace rather than repair. Also, my sink is still leaking he said he didn’t carry the faucet size and did not want to get into this because it was old. Also the price was very high - I don’t know if this is typical - but I wish I shopped around."

"We asked Sergey to come look at our bathroom and give us a quote for a remodel. He spent about a half hour looking at it and another half hour talking with my wife and I to see what we were looking for in a completed project. This is our only bathroom so one of the needs was for the toilet to be reconnected every night when they left. Sergey had a crew working on the bathroom every morning. They gutted the room down to the studs, moved and in some cases replaced plumbing, electrical switches and the fan, put up water resistant sheetrock and a new subfloor. The room was painted, floor tiled and the tub and shower area tiled, a new vanity, tub, lights, fan, cabinet, medicine cabinet and toilet were all installed. Sergey and his crew were extremely professional and very detail minded. They cleaned the area every evening before they left and were always working on something. The craftsmanship of the work is exceptional, especially the tile work on the floor and in the shower area. Sergey was always available to field questions and touched base with us often to make sure we were happy with the progress.
