It took me a couple of weeks to find a company that could provide the exact solution I needed for my home. I use the word solution because they did not just say, **Here is the insulation we sell. This is the cost** They actually took the time to evaluate my entire attic and home to find the combination of things that made the most **big picture** sense. I have never received such a comprehensive written proposal from ANY other company in all the years I have lived Upstate. They also gave me a list of add-on options and explained the combinations. They contacted me with a detailed email the night before the start date to let me know when they would be arriving, who would be on the team, exactly what they would be doing, and how long it would take. Wow. It was so refreshing to communicate with professionals who answered all of my questions and actually welcomed them before the project began and during the installation. I had a specialized attic project that required a lot of expertise. I felt very confident in their abilities for the entire length of the project and would highly recommend Mark {father, founder), Gary {initial consultation/evaluation, son), Bill (job foreman, another son), and the whole team at The Climate Chief. In addition, even though their proposal was much more comprehensive than any other, the quote was not only fair but extremely competitive.
