"We had previously hired someone else who built such a poorly constructed deck that it needed to be taken down completely and rebuilt properly. This was our first time hiring for a project because my husband had always done things himself but is no longer able to since he is disabled. The experience was very bad to say the least. We then got 4 estimates to rebuild the deck properly and chose SD Construction based on the professionalism Sunil showed as he explained what was wrong and how it should be done. In addition he was so genuinely kind and sympathetic about our circumstances, and gave us a very fair price. Sunil and everyone else on his crew were amazing throughout the process. They were friendly and professional and take such pride in their work. They truly want to make every customer as happy as is possible. Our finished deck is so beautiful and well built. They exceeded our expectations and turned what had been an awful experience into a wonderful, positive experience. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating. I can't recommend them strongly enough! We will definitely call them again for any future projects."

He installed a heater fan in the bathroom ceiling, repaired two ceiling with water damage, installed a new storm door and repaired en exterior window frame that had multiple areas that were rotting. The house was noticeably warmer the day they finished, well worth the cost. I can't believe how big of a difference it made....we should have done it years ago. As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that. "After requesting services, Etmond contacted me quickly and scheduled me right away. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Our porch needed repairs as the floor boards were popping up and some were dropping down. The base of each post that supports the roof, were falling apart. Etmond was a pro! He knew what was wrong and fixed all the unsafe floor boards and secured both ends of the porch (something the original installer failed to do). Etmond also replaced all post supports with the proper product. Our porch is now safe to walk on and we can't thank him enough for the excellent work he did. We will be contacting him again for some indoor projects I have in mind."
