They came prepared on the first visit with measuring and explain that the estimate couldn't be given until all parties involved had a chance to look at my basement. When everything was looked at they sit with me and explain everything that needed to be done and took me down and showed me why. Every step of the project has been explained as to why it needs to be done. They did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves.
