Neverwet truly stands by their lifetime transferable warranty! I purchased my home last summer. The previous owners had installed the Neverwet basement system. This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. Kevin, one of the owners promptly came over to evaluate the situation. He determined the drain line from the sump pump needed to be extended and connected to the storm sewer. Kevin obtained the necessary permits from the Village and his crew (Jordan and Stirlling perform the work at no additional cost. I am very appreciative of the quick response and excellent customer service from start to finish of the project. I highly recommend NeverWet. They stand behind their warranty and do quality work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have a 6 year old house that had a flood in the basement 5 years ago due to a poorly installed sump pump. It has smelled musty ever since. Neverwet recommended a battery back up sump pump and a humidex to help with the smell/feel. I was told it would be completed within a couple of weeks. I called after 4 weeks of not hearing from them and was told that they haven't even picked up the paperwork for my job yet. They were able to come out a couple of weeks after that to complete the job. The battery backup and humidex were installed but installer left a giant hole in my foundation to be repaired the next day. Also, the installer was missing something that allowed the backup to charge up. The next day they came back to turn on the backup and patch the hole in the foundation. I was thinking everything was good at this point other than the messy floor and pretty crooked pipe connections near the sump pump. No big deal. The next day I noticed a loud sound coming from the sump pump. Turns out the installer had crammed the original sump pump along the wall in a position that forced the sump pump to just remain on. This is the same issue that caused my flood a few years back... the sump pump was pushed against the wall and stuck in the OFF position. So the thing I was trying to prevent, a flood, was almost caused by the install of this backup system. The owner came by quickly to try to resolve. He didn't have the part so he came back the next day. At that point, he let me know that he was sorry about the issue and was going to install a new sump pump so this would never happen again and come back to run some caulk along the outside of the humidex to finish the job. This all went down back in February and to no ones surprise he hasn't been back! Promises promises! To top it all off, the humidex that was installed to remove the musty smell has done absolutely nothing! Just a huge rip off!! Hopefully they put my $3k to good use!!

We had a very hard time dealing with them and getting them to show up to do the job. They took four days to partially complete a one day job according to them and it s still not done. The communications with them was very touchy. The plans called for a 6 pipe and they used a 4 pipe without a cost reduction. It s been weeks now and I still haven t heard from them after texting the owner and reminding him that he needs to finish the job.

The entire team from Neverwet was amazing. They were prompt, pleasant, did more than what they had agreed to do. I was blown away by every single personâ s positive and pleasant attitude!

This is a superior company to work with. Extremely professional, honest, and friendly to work with. Neverwet came recommended to me by a friend last year when my basement was literally under water. Neil the owner came out himself to do the estimate in hours of notice from my friend that I desperately needed help with the situation in my basement as soon as possible. Neil saw the condition my basement was in and re-arranged his crew to work additional hours outside of the normal work day to get the work done that was required to keep my basement from further flooding. My basement was literally a swimming pool. I've never seen this kind of work being done to jackhammer cement and literally carry hundreds of buckets of cement from the basement to outdoors while still taking every step to keep my house as clean as possible even thought the work was the messiest type of work I've ever seen anyone have to do. When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up after themselves and left my basement in a condition I had never seen it in before. The walls were cleaned of the mold and nice white sheets of mold preventive plastic was put up, the cement floor looked brand new where they had to dig the holes to put all new tiles beneath the floor. It was absolutely the best work I had ever seen completed in such a short time. They did a fantastic job and I never had a water issue again, and their work comes with lifetime warranty. My basement was dry and odor free. 1 year later I sold this home and bought another to which I knew going in I was going to have water issues in the basement. The previous owners had another company come in and do work in the basement, however it was clear that what they did was not working as there was water on the floor and the wall blocks were soaked with water. I knew I was voiding the warranty which came with the home from the other company, however I knew I was making a better decision by having Neverwet come in and do the work. Again Neil and his team did an exemplary job again in a very short time frame as I had a move date already booked. Neil helped with other issues which I had which went above and beyond the job he was hired to do. He and his team take great pride in their work and in doing what ever is necessary to make the customer happy and stress free while the work is being done. Now I have a basement in my new home that I don't feel is like a dungeon. It's clean, dry, and odor free. I've now used Neverwet twice in the last two years and I would highly without any hesitation recommend this company to everyone. I wish that every company I've had to interface with over the years had the same integrity and professionalism that Neil and his team bring to the table when getting a job done. The first problem with a basement water issue is getting your arms around the magnitude of the problem and what it is going to take to correct it. I invited Neil from Neverwet Basement Waterproofing to asses the situation in my 60 year old ranch basement. I feel Neil gave me a fair, honest and trustworthy evaluation of the situation. After major consternation I decided there was no way around the problem, it needed to be fixed. I went for the full recommended solution: New complete indoor drain replacement, new sump pump, trench and waterproof of the exterior walls, add an interior white Dry Shield and install (4) glass block windows. This was a $16K project but we are now comfortable that we have gotten our money's worth. The work site leader, Kevin, is very competent and very easy to work with on a daily basis. My wife and I were constantly updated on a daily basis of what was going to be going on. I was home to watch the progress and constantly checked with Kevin on small details. I would suggest that I am a tough grader but Kevin resolved every little detail to my satisfaction. I can't say enough positive about the work crew either. They are very knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous and friendly. They worked very hard and also did a solid clean up job at the end of each day. Overall, this really isn't a project you want to run into. I had let the problem fester for several years but if for nothing else, do it for your personal health. If you are in this situation, I think that Neverwet is the team you want in your home. Excellent work ethic. Completed project on time even though we had over 3 ft of snow around house foundation. They endured the bitter cold, heavy snow to dig out the foundation of home. Great guys!!!! They installed sump pump and installed water barrier around foundation which was 5 feet below ground. They installed floating basement so any leaks will be channeled to the pump. I never want to spend money on home repairs; but the crawl space area of my basement needed repairs and the competitive estimate and the quality of the finished work made me feel that the money I spend was very well spent. Estimate and evaluation of the problems were done in a professional informative manner. The contract was complete and very detailed. The owner/ supervisor Neil and his crew were professional and respective of me and my property. The work involved both outside foundation work and inside tile work. The proposal made more sense to me than some of the others. ( I had 4 other contractor present plans.) I was pleased with completed work and that the project was completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company. And, they did go the extra mile. They also installed block window with vents; which are such an improvement over the standard basement windows. Overall, I have noticed an improvement in the basement; walls haven't been wet.

After an my initial meeting with the owner. I was happy with the lower cost than the local competitor and no hard selling or being bullied into discounts if I signed that day. They were very informative, knowledgeable, professional. They showed me how and why my basement was wet and moldy and what the different solutions were for me to choose. They helped me understand how I could stop water and mold in my basement. The work was great the crew were hard working and respectful and the owner even came to help. They dug up the outside of my house, put back the plants and shrubs. The inside work was messy but they cleaned up every day. When they were finished they asked me to look around to make sure they had cleaned up to my satisfaction, a rare quality in construction these days. I have a home in Henrietta New York with a crawl space, but when it rained heavily the crawl space would become damp and the odor permeated through the first floor. Not to mention, the dampness was bad for the wooden floor joists and if left untreated this would too become a problem.
