I had a fantastic experience with Dan. Several other companies had quoted me outrageous prices to install a back-up sump pump, but Dan surveyed the situation and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. On the day of installation, the work was performed smoothly and Dan kept me appraised all the way through. I would recommend Dan's service to everyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

I thought I would have to replace the well pressure tank due to age, but Todd said it was fine and just made some minor adjustments to increase the water pressure for the entire house. He could have put in a new tank and I wouldn't have known the difference other than an extra $500

Unfortunately no coverings over their shoes leaving my house a mess because of working with water, broke a bulb in my house and did not replace just moved one from another spot,otherwise knowledgeable and fast.

"Homeowner advised us not to worry about our shoes as she had other workers in the house at the same time. We did accidentally break a light bulb due to low ceiling height in the basement. We cleaned up the glass and water mess when we finished up the best we could due to very rough concrete floor. We unfortunately do not carry spare incandescent bulbs on our truck. House was not left a mess. A lot of work was going on that day. I apologize for any inconvenience and should have sent out a replacement bulb."

Excellent service. On time for appointment. Showed us how system works and how to trouble shoot a problem and what to do if it did arise. Very friendly and spoke to us in terms we could understand. Our Technician didn't try to sell us anything we did not need and as a matter a fact told us we did not need one of the filtration systems another company (Anderson Water) had hooked up and charged us for. He is truly an asset to your company. I will certainly refer Northeast Water Systems to any of my family and friends.

Very professional and nice. Went out of their way to ensure we were properly wired and fixed the electrical connection for no additional charge. Was expensive, but worth it to have water on a Saturday. Other companies said they could not come until Monday or Tuesday.
