"The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. "The crew of 5 did a great job installing a new Cummins generator. They had to run a new gas line from the meter, through the basement and out to the backyard. Also had to reroute many electrical connections. The generator activates twice a month for 20 minutes. All automatic. They installed a wifi connection from the generator to Anderson. Price was much lower than quotes from local plumbing companies who were mostly offering an inferior product. Cummins is highly recommended for cold climates."
