"Spring of 2021 we had major water in the basement. The house is 20 yrs old and the drainage system failed due to silt and tree roots. Major work was done to restore the drainage. The additional sump pump did fail and they were prompt in replacing it. This spring there was some water again in the basement and placed a service call. The service date was booked several months away, but when inspector Tavaris did arrive he identified the problems and scheduled the repair job. The repair technician (Jose' and helper ) worked hard and non-stop to repair the failed areas. Their clean-up was excellent. They were polite and respectful. The annual maintenance fee we pay is well worth it, giving us the peace of mind knowing the company will be there when a failure occurs."

"The crew of 5 did a great job installing a new Cummins generator. They had to run a new gas line from the meter, through the basement and out to the backyard. Also had to reroute many electrical connections. The generator activates twice a month for 20 minutes. All automatic. They installed a wifi connection from the generator to Anderson. Price was much lower than quotes from local plumbing companies who were mostly offering an inferior product. Cummins is highly recommended for cold climates."
