"Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. "The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
