"Absolutely the best renovation experience with Doug! My husband discovered Doug through Angie’s List and Doug made room in his schedule to help finish a challenging, partially completed apartment remodelling project in Palmyra. It was such a positive, quality experience, we contracted with Doug and his Rejuvenation Design and Build Team to completely restore one apartment in a 4-family off Monroe Ave. The process with Doug was fun, his craftsmanship in this 1920s apartment was exceptionally detailed, and the place was completed in time to offer to an appreciative new tenant. So we then asked Doug if he’d work with us to completely redesign the bathroom and kitchen in one of our favorite, furnished 1-bedroom apartments in our 1906 Claude Bragdon-designed mansion on East Avenue where we are owner occupants. He drafted an exciting and very ambitious, luxurious, & upscale design integrating our requests/ideas into the plan. We loved it, signed, and stopped renting mid-February to get started. The kitchen and bath was sensitively gutted, renovated as Doug designed, with care and appreciation for an historic property, modifications as needed in an historic home, and with great consideration for our tenants living above and below this apartment. We were absolutely thrilled with the process, Doug’s enthusiastic and experienced eye for design suggestions, and the gorgeous results, and so are our tenants!! "From the initial design discussion Matt was very responsive and provided good suggestions how to layout to meet our needs. The deck was somewhat of a challenge due to the soil in our yard containing fill from our builder. But the team did a good job getting all posts set and installed to provide a very solid framework for the deck. The town building inspector made what could be viewed as unreasonable damands- but Matt was able to work with him to complete the construction close to on time. Overall the deck is really well built and we are very happy with the final product. The final price came in on budget- was a fairly expenssive deck, but we build a large deck with Trex railings and some nice additional feature-not your standard deck. Matt and his team were very professional and neat and we would recommend them to others.

Noah and Dane are incredibly efficient, meticulous, and detail oriented. They worked very well as a team and made sure I felt involved.
