"Brian first came by one evening to do the power washing. He was done in an hour. Then, he came by with a fellow worker to fill some holes in our deck with some wood filler and to sand the deck. Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. The two brothers were very prompt, came over looked at the work and next day got a quote for every thing we wanted in my email. Very professional. Started work on the day they said they would. I had other work going on in the back yard, but Allshore folks were very accommodating and would always consider the consequence of that on their work and the result of their work (on my deck). The work was done extremely nicely. The house, the deck and the front porch look great. The change of planks and railings of the deck clearly makes the deck look almost new.

"Steve / EZ Deck built a 30 x 22 deck a 5 years ago using composite decking material. It still looks great today, and is solid. It included seating all the way around and a 3 feet white PVC fence with openings at 2 ends. The ground started to shift slightly and one board lifted. I called Steve and asked for a repair a week ago, he came back and fixed it for free. Excellent customer service."

"Great! John has done many projects for us in the past but this was a major one. He was our general contractor for the entire project. We basically gutted our old kitchen, dining room and living room, raised the ceiling two and a half feet, and then built an addition that connected to the opened up space. He found us excellent subcontractors for every phase of the construction, e.g. the architect, framers, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, demolition, drywall, spackling, insulation, carpenters, roofing, gutters, flooring, tiling, countertops, painting, heat and air conditioning, motorized shades and home theater installation, you name it, he found us a top notch expert. Throughout the construction John was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and he took care to make sure that the job was always done right. His crew was always helpful and they would go out of their way to help and make sure everything was neat and tidy at the end of each day. But the most important thing Valeri Construction brings to the job is confidence that you will get the highest quality of work in the end. John oversaw the subcontractors who built us a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sinks, lighting and appliances. Another thing that we really appreciated was John's skill as a master carpenter. He and his crew installed a cedar ceiling throughout the entire indoor space, an entire wall of built in oak bookshelves with a rolling library ladder, along with a beautiful deck with ipe wood flooring. They also made extensive improvements on the exterior of the house, putting up cedar shingles, a bay window with a copper roof, and a spiral staircase that allows access to the deck. We are very happy with the end result and we highly recommend Valeri Construction for any home improvement project. "I negotiated the price with Nick, whose quality of materials and scope of work was superior to his competitors.   M y wife had reservations about spending money on re-conditioning the garage floor, but she was sold when Nick agreed to throw in the painting of two walls in the garage.  His workers, Bob and Bob, were consummate professionals and gentlemen, who responded patiently to my wife's requests--which impressed me considerably given the fact that she is an artist with training in fine arts and pays attention to every visual detail.  She is very hard to please, but when the floor was done, she could not have been more satisfied.  I have more than one doctoral degree but am utterly mechanically challenged and often rely on outside contractors to deal with all aspects of my home maintenance and improvement.  I always do my homework and try to get the best of the best, usually with more than modest success.  Nick and his team at IPaint stand head and shoulders above all the rest, matched only by my cousin who is an all-around handyman and mechanical whiz with an artistic eye who is recently retired.  If I have any reservation about the work done on my garage floor by IPaint, it is that I feel a little guilty about having such a beautiful garage floor that I jokingly tell admiring neighbors that we plan to eat off it.
