"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too."

"We hire Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis. I've hired cleaners from Angie's List before but Jessica and Kevin surpass them all. Here are three reasons why we think they are outstanding. 1) The quality of their cleaning is exceptional. They do all the work themselves (no sub-contractors that come and go) and they care deeply about doing a great job. For instance, they clean everything from my baseboard heater to the electric toothbrush holder on my vanity. They make my beds to perfection. They clear out all the trash...even our baby's diaper trash. Jessica hand sprays Bona on my hardwood floors as she mops. After they've visited, I feel like I live in a hotel room that has just been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for a new guest. 2) They are reliable. My previous cleaners often cancelled at the last minute and changed the time they could come. I appreciate how Jessica and Kevin have not done that. 3) They are wonderful people. Jessica and Kevin are diligent, dedicated, meticulous, honest, and kind. They lowered their cleaning estimate after they thought it would it take them less time to clean my house than they initially thought. Additionally, when I asked them to vacuum my finished basement and to charge me for the extra time, they did an excellent job cleaning the basement but refused to charge me for it. When I asked them to power wash my stairs and front porch, they came in the pouring rain and completed the job with a smile. I have never seen my stairs so white and clean before. In sum, if you are looking for a cleaning company, I highly recommend hiring Jessica and Kevin."

"Awful job ... Never cleaned the windows as asked or wiped down walls I had to Go back over what they aledgidly did or did not do. Everything I said they said we don't do that. The women that showed up were very nasty even talked about us while they were working. Terrible job never use them again"
