Stanley Steemer - Deer Park

Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too.

They offered, but I declined, to put a scent in the rug. I declined that only because I have a newborn baby, and I wasn't sure if that was safe or not. They did an excellent job. I'm very happy with them. They're very professional, quick, and good. They were very good and friendly and knew their stuff. I thought it was a very good price. They did very good.

They were just late coming, they were alright, they were fine they were the cheapest ones around that was fine, they were good enough.

I guess the carpets are clean.

The two gentlemen who came were very professional.  I only needed a basic cleaning.  They offered the extras that they offered.  But when I declined there was no salesman pressure to try to get me to add on any extras.  I really appreciate that.  They were prompt, quick and efficient.  I had some stains in my living room and stairs that I have tried to remove myself with all the cleaners on the market.  I was unsuccessful in doing so.  They came in and when they left the stains were gone.  I was very happy.  My other alternative was to remove the carpeting and redo the hardwood floors which I really did not want to tackle at this point.  I would use Stanley Steemer again.  My only complaint is that I tried to make the appointment with the customer service rep on the phone and received a higher price than the online price.  They wouldn't honor the online price.  So I booked it online and received a considerable lower price.

I called Stanley Steemer on Friday 8/15/14 and left a message. They called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 2PM and 5 PM. They arrived the next day 3PM. There were 2 young men, one worked the powerful steemer vacuum machine the other applied the cleaning agents and sanitizer/deodorizer. They were professional and friendly. They also explained with details the service before they started it. The final result was great, my carpets and area rug look brand new. It took 24 hours for the carpets to dry and now I can notice how clean they are. Good job.

Excellent. Professional, on time. Received a call the night before with a 2 hour window. Arrived on time. Very happy with the services.

I was told I would get a call with arrival time. No call the guy just showed up. The price he quoted me was much higher than what was given on the phone. He also over calculated the measurements and the price, I had to point it out. Claimed he could not get the stains out, though that was the whole point of him being there, and only tried a little harder after I expressed that it was not acceptable. The other guy with him was fumbling and it seemed like it was his first day. Did not move any of the furniture.


Overall not a good experience and will not use Again

Nice and professional got all the stains out of the carpets and were clean and neat doing it. Even called after the service to see if we were happy with the service

They did a wall-to-wall carpet at the lower level and after they left, there was a huge stain. They claimed that the solution they used cause the stain to rise to the surface. So, I didn't believe that, it looked like a very wet stain. Consequently, we tried to investigate that further by cutting a through the carpet to make sure that there were no leak underneath. So, I then I went to buy another rug to put on top of that. So, I was not really sold with them.

Their price was pretty good. They did a good job and they were quick.

I thought it was a little expensive because they did two rooms, a hallway, and stairs. Other than that, I've always like them and they've been my rug cleaners of choice.
