An A+++ for Instant Verticals!! Everything you want and more from a window treatment store. All of my window treatments are now completed and look absolutely amazing! The entire team at Instant Verticals is awesome! They provided great customer service, great recommendations, and great installation. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone interested in new window treatments! It was really great to support a family-owned business. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Had another great experience with Instant Verticals. I always visit the showroom to see what new things are out. Great staff that always wants to help. Susan helped me pick fabrics for a valance and it looked beautiful. She had a great suggestion for a fresh style and I just love it. Steven was my installer (again) and he did a professional job. On time and he knows what he is doing. Pricing was very fair and I figure it is good but I would not go anywhere else so it doesn't matter. I would highly recommend that you use them.

I cannot be more impressed with a company and individual. I had the opportunity to work with Mike and the entire experience from the initial consultation to installation was flawless. I was well versed into what to expect and even got a tutorial on how to remove my blinds for cleaning. It was a refreshing experience to work with a company and individual like Mike who takes time to do the extra things to ensure we had a positive experience whether it was taking time to look at the paint we had selected for our walls to make sure we were picking a color that would match, putting new knobs on the window cranks to just being available to help instruct me on how to remove my blinds for cleaning. It was all done at a fair price, could not ask for a better experience.

My mom had used Instant Verticals 20 years ago & just now did she need to get new verticals!  They held up great, but were very old and faded.  Setting up an appointment & the rep came to my mom's house within a week.  He made some great suggestions, including what we should choose for the headrails.  We are very pleased with how the verticals look & with the quality.  They look very stylish, and the suggestions were perfect for each room.  We are very happy & would not hesitate to use them again!

Throughout our interactions with Instant Verticals they have been very professional. Their sales representative showed up on time to our house and assisted us with choosing the blinds that would best fit the decor of the room. On their second visit to perform the installation of the blinds all went well. They were installed quickly and professionally.

Clouldn't have asked for better service. The technician Michael Moran arrived on time to remove the shades. 
Before leaving he installed a temporary window covering.
He returned at the appointed time and date with clean shades with new cords. After reinstalling the shades he double checked their operation. 
While working in your home Michael treats it as he would his own. In addition to being an extremely competant  technicia Michael is the type of person you would invite into your home for a social occasion.

They were completely professional.  Called before they would come, easy to get appointments, the work was great quality.  Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very pleased with this company  - from sales to measuring to installation.  They were prompt, courteous, and my blinds look beautiful.  Did an excellent job.  Will definitely use them again!!!

All went very well. EVERYONE who works at Instant Verticals was extremely polite, nice and accommodating.  I had my treatments
put in and everything looks GREAT.  I had to have an adjustment on my sliding doors as the blinds had to drop and also due to the
height of my carpet installation but it was done at my convenience. From the inception to the completion, everything went VERY well and again, every single person that I had to communicate with was a true professional and extremely polite and accommodating.
I intend to use them again in the spring when I rennovate a few more rooms in my home.  Do not hesitate to call upon them for their
expertise, selection and value.

Thrilled again with their service from start to finish. Reason I am writing is because I had many shades done in early Spring and I was not thrilled with my choice that I made, should have used a blackout shade instead of the ones that let light in. Even though this was 100% my choice, I was allowed to select a new blind and just pay the difference. That is what I call standing behind your customer.  Love my new shades for both rooms!

What a great experience!!. Starting with Eileen in the showroom who guided us thru the types of shades and their benefits. Working with the information that we provided, she envisioned our home and mapped out the types of shades that would be the best for our home. Working with basicially a blank canvas, her measurements were amazingly accurate. Her caring personality and knowledge of the shade product made it very easy to make choices for our home. She guided us thru the amazing showroom to allow us to envision the shades as they would appear in our home. Her presentation made it very easy to make the choices and close the sale.
An asset to her company and we would highly recommend her to other customers would are interested in purchasing shades
After meeting with Eileen we both new that we made the right choice in selecting Instant Verticals for our home improvements.
Within a few days Bob, the salesman met with us to review the estimate and to make sure all measurements were accurate(no changes were made due to Eileen's excellent work.) Very knowledgeable and friendly and he reviewed the types of shades and colors to make sure everything was okay. He wrote up the bill and also advised us of the bonus program (gift card) for purchasing the shades and the discounts.. Eileen also mentioned the bonus program in  her presentation. He also set up a installment date and advised that Steve with 20+ years experience would do the installation.
On 4/28/14, Steve arrived on time and proceeded to remove the old curtains and install the new shades. Everything went smoothly and all work was finished within 2 hours.He reviewed all work and addressed our questions as to maintenance of the shades(cleaning and damage control). His experience and upbeat personality made the day a stress free experience.
From start to finish Instant Verticals and the above 3 professionals made this Home Improvement project a smooth and uplifting event. Thank you to all!

Just had all of my blinds installed yesterday and I am thrilled with how everything came out.   I had Instant Verticals do my entire house about 13 years ago and I was very happy with the service and quality of the blinds.  Never had a problem and the many friends that I recommended were also satisfied.  Knowing how expensive some of these shades can be, I decided to get other estimates first.  Had two other companies in and got their opinions and pricing.   Called in Instant Verticals last and was very impressed with the knowledge of their sales person Joe and he was the same person that took care of me 13 years ago!  Since their pricing was a little better than the others, they were definitely doing the job.  Best part was that Joe had told me about the cleaning that they also do so I had my Silhouettes from the living room and the dining room cleaned.  Because they were so dirty, I figured I had to get news ones, but I can't believe how nice they came out.  They look brand new, even though they are 13 years old!  That alone saved me about $2,000. The installer Steven was excellent and he was also the same guy who did my last job.  Last thing is I did go to their showroom so I could see what new things I could use and I was very pleased with the girl that helped me there, I just don't remember her name.  Big showroom and very nice also.

After a bad experience with another provider, I found Instant Verticals  in the newspaper but checked them here on Angie's list before engaging them. The reviews were all stellar, as was the product and service I received!  The salesman, Ira Stengel, came to my house on a Saturday (a huge help for a working person) and was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful.  He had excellent product knowledge and, when asked for advise, he gave it without being pushy or closing off other options.  Due to a manufacturing issue, the product was about a week late in being manufactured.  I received a call  advising me of such and was easily able to make a weekend appt. The receptionist provided me with a time frame, the installer's name and promise of a call when the installer was on his way (always helpful so one is not locked in the house for 4 hours on a Saturday).  The installer was prompt, courteous and did a quick and neat job of installation.  He also did some repair work and swapping of window treatments between rooms.  His work was impeccable and both my new product and the repair work is fabulous.  I would highly recommend Instant Verticals!

the showroom has a great selection.  Ira is wonderful.  We were thinking shutters but he advised against them because of our dog.  He suggested hunter douglas blinds - because when the dog does damage them (and he will) they can be individually replaced rather than buying new shades.  I had shangra-la shades - the dog destroyed them.  I wish I had met Ira years ago. They will be my go to provider from now on.
