Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service

We hire Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis. I've hired cleaners from Angie's List before but Jessica and Kevin surpass them all. Here are three reasons why we think they are outstanding. 1) The quality of their cleaning is exceptional. They do all the work themselves (no sub-contractors that come and go) and they care deeply about doing a great job. For instance, they clean everything from my baseboard heater to the electric toothbrush holder on my vanity. They make my beds to perfection. They clear out all the trash...even our baby's diaper trash. Jessica hand sprays Bona on my hardwood floors as she mops. After they've visited, I feel like I live in a hotel room that has just been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for a new guest. 2) They are reliable. My previous cleaners often cancelled at the last minute and changed the time they could come. I appreciate how Jessica and Kevin have not done that. 3) They are wonderful people. Jessica and Kevin are diligent, dedicated, meticulous, honest, and kind. They lowered their cleaning estimate after they thought it would it take them less time to clean my house than they initially thought. Additionally, when I asked them to vacuum my finished basement and to charge me for the extra time, they did an excellent job cleaning the basement but refused to charge me for it. When I asked them to power wash my stairs and front porch, they came in the pouring rain and completed the job with a smile. I have never seen my stairs so white and clean before. In sum, if you are looking for a cleaning company, I highly recommend hiring Jessica and Kevin.

They do a fantastic job going above and beyond what they need to do. They are very efficient, professional and communicate well. They are wonderful, hard working people. I will highly recommend them and continue to use them once a month.

They are consistent, I been using them for 2 years, the quality of the work did not change, they are really good.

When they were cleaning the master's bedroom , they found my diamond ring under the dresser and gave it back to me. They are very honest and did good job in cleaning, from then I been using them every month.

Jessie and Kevin work hard each time they come. They will stay to get the job done even if it runs over the time slot. They are flexible and agrees to clean how I want. E.g. I have two cats and wanted the couch and under the bed vacuumed each time. I am happy to have a clean house every time.

Jessie and Kevin are great. My house is spotless when they leave. I would recommend them to anyone.

Based on Angie's list, called. Rep. called back (so for sure they have our phone number). Made an appt. to come over, review house and service, and give estimate. No show. No call to explain or reschedule.

Jessie and her partner, Kevin, couldn't be more thorough or pleasant. I look forward to using them for a long time.

Made apt 2 weeks ago, worked everything else in week off around these 4 hours, as it was the only times avail. Got call 12:15 running late, emergency with regular client, will call by 2:30 to let me know updated time. No schedule with her to tell me about alt day but could be to me by 4 pm same day. Call finally came at 5:10 pm, way too late to get to me & spend 4 hours cleaning. Was offered Sat, day before Easter, no good with 40 people coming. Was offered fewer hours for next day, no good, had contractors. After that it was weeks away before next apt, and since I work the schedules did not match well. While I understand emergencies happen, the call I was promised came 3 hours late, and then was too late to come here for what we agreed on. I guess they didn't need the $400 that badly. Leaves me scrambling to fit in the cleaning myself. Why make apt 2 weeks out? Stated I was new, so talk to a "regular" who might be more flexible. Options given were clearly not for working people or those with weekend events. Unreliable in showing up, in returned calls they offered, in being able to get to be within the time described earlier in the day.

Jessie Anne told me two different times that she penciled me in to clean my condo on Nov. 17th, the first being Oct. 19th and the last was Nov. 1st. Then on Nov. 6th. I received a e=mail saying she made a mistake and the 17th was taken. My question is how could she pencil me in if that date is filled. Not a good way to get new customers!!

Jessie Anne did an excellent job cleaning my home. The price was exactly what they estimated. They were thorough, prompt, professional. The parts of my home that I did not even know needed cleaning are spotless. We will definitely hire them again.

Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for quite a while. We are thrilled with them. The house is always spotless and smelling fresh when they are finished. One thing that is very reassuring is that we know that we can trust them without a doubt. They do not subcontract out the work, so we know exactly who is coming to the house. Jessie and her husband are extremely personable and accommodating. Their energy level is amazing - even on a very hot day, they are moving through the house with so much enthusiasm, never stopping to rest! We have never used a cleaning service before. But I met Jessie Anne by chance in a shopping center parking lot when I spotted a magnetic sign on her car, and she was so professional and pleasant.
What impressed my wife and I in her presentation was the fact that she does not use outside labor sources. She said she can control the quality better because it is just her and her husband. And she was right!!  We have used them for two months now, every Tuesday and we are 100% completely satisfied. They delivered beyond expectations. 
Not only do they have all the best cleaning techniques for a home occupied by our family and a dog and cat, but they are highly reliable. Jessie and Kevin arrive on time with a smile and get right to work. They don't stop until the house is gleaming. They bring their own supplies and are very accommodating. I had a foot stool on which the leg had broken the day before they were here and Kevin fixed it at no extra charge and without my asking. The first time here they did their "deep clean" at their regular weekly rate and were here over five hours. Now they come every other week and are far superior to my last cleaning service. I have a larger house and thought I was a good housekeeper but now my house is SHINING as never before!

Jessie is fabulous. She has cleaned our home twice so far and both times it was spotless. i would recommend her to anyone.

This team was very professional from start to finish.  They arrived on time, and worked consistently for hours without taking any breaks.  They are hard workers.  They did a great job on our home...our appliances looked like new!  They even vacuumed our furniture and it our couches looked like new!  They could have charged a separate fee just for that!  A little on the pricy side for me, but overall they did a terrific job.

I've been using them since June and have been very happy.  When they first started coming they did some very deep cleaning to help me get the house back in order.  Now they come every two weeks to keep up on maintenance cleaning.  They work out their pricing with each client.  Very nice crew!
