Buyer Beware! Highly disappointed with the lack of respect received by customer service. Poor Product, Poor Quality, Poor Service. I ordered several thousand $$$ worth of wood blinds from Blinds To Go. They look great, but they are falling apart in less than a year. Blinds to Go is not willing to stand behind their product. Based on my experience, I recommend you steer clear of blinds to go.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE IN OUR HOME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR BLINDS.

AT FIRST I WAS WORRIED ABOUT SOMEONE INSTALLING THEM FOR ME, BUT I AM GLAD I HAD THEM DO IT. I HAD TO PAY, BUT AT LEAST I DON'T HAVE HOLES ALL OVER MY WALLS. THE PRICE WASN'T BAD FOR ALL THE WORK THEY DID ANYWAY.
