"I was searching for a window installer and checked most of the regulars you hear about. I decided to do a search on Angie's List and Nexgen Widows and Doors were on the list. I had them install half the windows in the house in 2011. I did not know they were still in business until searching in Angie's. I have had zero problems with the windows or installation of the older windows. I invited them over and the price quoted was more than competitive with those I had already received. Knowing my previous experience with Nexgen and finding out that the lead installer Randy was still working for them sealed the deal. I am very happy with the installation of the final four bedroom windows and one bathroom window and expect that I will have the same lack of problems in years to come. I do know that Mark, the owner, will answer his phone and be responsive if the need arises.show more

"The Pace Windows representatives and installers, and phone staffers showed extreme professionalism and did a quality job in all areas. They were punctual and could be reached for questions and concerns at all times. Some of the other highly recognizable names in the Rochester, NY and surrounding areas proved to be difficult to reach by phone and even harder to get an estimate from. Pace has the best guarantee in the business (for our needs) probably because they sell quality products and install them correctly in the first place. Hopefully we will never need to use the guarantee, but rest assured that Pace will be very responsive in honoring their contract. "The work went smoothly overall. Dan and his folks were nice and polite. The price was fair. The only thing I wish could be improved is about getting billing and warranty info (which I still have not received). <br /> <br /> 7/1/2015* After they replaced the roof. Roof was replaced in 11/2014. We found a part of the roof with rotting wood in 4/2015. They came and agreed they should of replaced and repaired it. They have the materials at my house. I have not heard from them since April of 2015. Now they do not respond to my calls, they have not been out to do the work.&nbsp; <br /> <br /> 7/10/2015 They came and fixed it. "If you are thinking about going with Romeo’s Superior Home Improvements for work on your home - do it! In October of 2020, we found our selves in a pickle after a different contractor had damaged our property during the installation of a patio which resulted in him walking away from the project before it was finished. I reached out to Romeo that same night looking for someone to finish the project and by the next morning he was at the house to give an estimate. "They showed up promptly. Did the garage with attached patio room in one day. It is almost the same size as our house. Jeremy the foreman was great. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The crew worked hard and did a good job. They did the house the next day. Unfortunately they were short tiles and had to come back the next day. They did a great job with cleanup. The gutters were subcontracted out . The came a few days later. Done in one day and did a good job. We are happy with it.show more
