I would highly recommend MG Doors and Mark. He is a true expert and is also an extremely kind person. We shopped around to three different vendors and Mark was the only company who could give us what we needed and he was also the most affordable.

He did a fantastic job. Both doors were not simple replacements. The basement door was complex due to the age of the house and the garage door was originally put in wrong which required rebuilding part of the wall. He stabilized the garage wall so the new door and frame would not move. He pays close attention to important details, knows what must be done and does it well. He uses excellent materials and his craftsmanship is outstanding. Afterwards he explained in detail everything he did. He is more expensive that some but it is worth the money to have it done right and not have to worry about problems. The doors he installed were more expensive that at the home stores but the quality was significantly better. If you want it done well and the right way hire Mark.

Mark installed two heavy-duty storm doors at our home. He was exceptionally meticulous and thorough in all his dealings with us. He explained every step in the process—from ordering and buying the doors and hardware to installing and sealing them. He was pleasant and offered advice when asked, and his price was better than the other estimates we got. He completed the job quickly and skillfully. We would hire him again without any hesitation and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark was fantastic. He is a master of his trade, and met all of our expectations. He did a beautiful job of installing our front door, replacing all of our bathroom and bedroom doors, and then reshaping our existing closet doors to ensure they shut correctly and work like new. He installed new hardware and used magnets to ensure the doors worked well. He was flexible in working around our painters too. Don't be turned off if his quote is his hard to decipher at first. He spells out measurements and item numbers that he needs. My husband had the initial meeting with him, and not everything was easy to recall/spelled out in writing. However, Mark was willing to come back to answer all of my questions and clarify everything. He's extremely honest, patient, and hardworking.

Mark went above and beyond on the repair of my storm door. Besides the repair that was needed, he also noticed that the screen and glass were not previously installed correctly by a neighbor, and fixed those items, too for both doors. It was refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable to work with.

I called Mark, as he had done work for us before, so I had his phone number. He just happened to be close by and after his appointment stopped to look at my door. He studied the situation and told me his work plan. Mark removed the door, planed the door, fixed some improperly installed hardware and the door functioned (opened/closed) without any sticking or scraping as it should, outstanding!

In recent months we've used Mark twice to install replacement doors as part of our house remodel, and in both cases he was great to deal with, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards. In total, he installed three pre-hung doors, three door slabs, and also repaired one existing door that scraped on the door frame. Mark is now our "go-to guy" for doors, and we highly recommend him to others.

The entire process was excellent! Mark showed up on time to do the estimate and gave us advice as to the best way to replace the door. He then confirmed with the door retailer details about the door itself and ordered it for us. He then scheduled the installation date, and again arrived right on time. He removed the old door and related hardware and installed the new one, which looks great! He was friendly, professional, clearly knew every detail about doors, and did a wonderful job. We would certainly use him again!

Wonderfully. After contacting Mark and explaining what I was looking for, he came out, took measurements and gave options of the type of door replacement that would work.. He explained the process, gave me the number of the supplier to call to order the door. After the door was ordered Mark immediately called to set up an appointment to install the door. Also, the price of the door was reasonable. He did a marvelous job; he was very meticulous with the installation. Mark does excellent work and we would definitely call him again. The whole process was painless and we are delighted with the new door.

Fantastic. After waiting for more than 15 years to replace storm doors and have a really beautiful, properly installed exterior door, we are really pleased with MG Door Installation's work from start to finish. We had to have the front door completely reframed, as the old door installed was a) not safe and b) poorly framed. We also selected (with Mark's guidance) storm doors that are Low E and most importantly, give us light but are designed so the dogs won't pass through the screen door (which is now only at the top). So happy with the results!

Mark provided an initial assessment that gave us insight into issues we had with out existing door and provided options to solve them. He then provided an estimate based on the options we chose. He arrived promptly as scheduled and worked throughout the day, without a break. Mark fixed a variety of issues in the casement, lock, caulking and trim. The new door installation is far better than what we had before. When he was done, he swept the work area and left things clean for us. His price was absolutely fair for the work that was done. We would recommend Mark without hesitation and would contact him again if the need arises.

Mark is great! he is a door expert. His quote came in lower than larger companies but I felt he was more knowledgeable. He walked me through option and introduced me to options I didn't even know existed. He also talked me out of an expensive option as he explained that I didn't need it. Mark went above and beyond in the work he did by also replacing our extremely ugly door bells with brad new ones that match the new door and storm door hardware without me even pointing it out. I was ecstatic! it demonstrates the pride Mark has and the attention to detail

All my questions were answered carefully. Mark does a great job and explains what's necessary to install a door that will last a lifetime. He doesn't cut corners. An exterior door is an investment in the building and I'm so happy I hired MG door installations to care for the replacement of my doors. I would highly recommend doing business with MG.

Mark did a great job. We reviewed my needs. He purchased three of the doors, and I purchased one at a local big box store. He picked it up, as well as needed hardware and construction materials for jambs and other areas surrounding the doors. He completed the work in the promised time frame, and cleaned up after himself, even disposing of the replaced doors. I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Work went great - Mark came by, measured, and gave me the contact info for the lumber company he uses. He ordered the doors according to his own measurements and I paid them directly - no mark up which was great! Install was quick and easy and he did a great cleanup job!

Went very well and highly recommend Mark. He was wonderful to work with and gave great advice on what items to buy and from where. Very professional and was on time on both days of installation. We had our back door installed by Lowe's and the quality of work was poor that there's a draft coming in, no where as good as Mark's craftsmanship.

Mike's responsiveness was great. He let me know when he'd be coming and he was on time. He advised us on which doors to look at for purchase. We had Menards deliver it to our house so it was here when he arrived. It took him about an hour and the door looks great and functions well. He showed me how to work all the options.
