"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "It went well. They made time to swing by after finishing a job the day I called to take a look at tree, location and access. Came promptly the next morning as planned and got to work. Cleaned up all brush and limbs and left the good part of the trunk as requested. Price quote was reasonable."

"We contracted and paid the required 50% deposit for our kitchen slabs (Maldive, Brushed finish) from Granite & Marble Works, Inc. in Wilton, NY. After we had driven there in the owner’s husband admitted that they had sold the slabs we had paid for. They took other (polished)n slabs and unsuccessfully tried to grind in a brushed finish as we had contracted for. Under duress and financial time constraints we went with a 3rd polished version as the closest available substitute they would provide. We agreed to the templated layout on these substitute slabs. However, they cut according to a different template and delivered/installed that instead. They used 1 area I specifically said I didn’t want during the template inspection and 1 which was not in the templated area. The factory finish was ground off in an attempt to make the countertop flatter at the seam. Their repair employee left excessive grinding marks and also chipped our counter. Poor seams, poor veining - poor results."
