John was professional and very pleasant. He removed a large yellowjacket nest under our deck at a very reasonable price and followed up a day later to make sure no wasps were still around that area. We definitely would use John's services again.

John came into the home, set traps, and sealed area he thought the pests were getting in from. He came back several time to check, remove, replace traps. He followed up mutilple times after to ensure the problem was still taken care of. 5 stars for this company and John.

Mr Patterson did a very thorough job in locating the carpenter ant nest and eradicating them from my residence. His fee was also very fair and competitive, much less than some of the other providers I spoke with. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone and would use him again if needed.
