Won’t really know if all the capabilities of the system will work until Disaster strikes. Because we have had the same system in a different house for the last 20 years, I don’t have any concerns that it will work flawlessly."

So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided.
