I am very happy with the work that Adirondack Basements did for me. They were very courteous, professional and came exactly when they said they would. Even though it was a messy job to do, they took care to cover things and cleaned up very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend them to other customers..

I highly recommend this contractor. They were highly professional in every way: they always came just when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would, they were great at solving problems that arose during the basement waterproofing project, and they did a really good job of keeping us informed multiple times a day about the progress of the project. The crew that handled our project was outstanding. We were especially appreciative of the work done by the foreman, Dan. Just great all around work.

We had Adirondack basement come out to waterproof our basement that got water whenever there was heavy rain or snow melt. The entire process was stress free and organized. Jeff was our Sales rep and was extremely informative about the entire process. The contractors that came out, Tim and Chris, were very friendly and worked efficiently. It was the easiest and stress-free experience I?ve had with ANY work for the house. I highly recommend Adirondack basement for any work needed for basements.

Work was done in two stages due to weather so worked with two crews both friendly and excellent. A problem was fixed promptly and properly. Would highly recommend this outfit

Iâ  ve had major water issues in my basement for several years . Adirondack took care of the back( newer section) 5 years ago without further issues. Spring 2022, the front part of the basement was under 21/2 inches of water from ground water flowing (100+ year old house). I called Adirondack, explained the issue and they came right over and suggested a solution. It was very expensive but my basement had been bone dry ever since. From the office to the service people, they are kind , compassionate and Professional.
