The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"He did all the plumbing himself along with the framing/sheet rock and installation of vanity and toilet. I'm extremely happy with his tile work. I had an idea of what I wanted but left it up to him to put it into place. It looks fantastic! Both the flooring and the shower. He had a friend do the electric and we did the painting. Was a team effort but Matt is very easy to work with. The bathroom looks great! 

We also had him install hardware flooring on the 2nd floor in the hallway and install a drain for the washer machine. The floor is beautiful. 

The door to the walk in closet was moved from the hallway into the master bedroom. The shelving had to be reconfigured as well. Matt used as much as possible to get the most use out of our closet. 

Overall I will use Matt Johnson contracting again and refer him to friends and family."

"We had a very good experiences with hiring Jerry for our above ground pool demo. First of all, he advised us to wait until the wet rainy weather subsided so he would not tear up our lawn with his equipment. I appreciated that. Next, he was very thorough and took all of the debris away in a timely manner. He showed up early in the morning and worked throughout the day in the heat! Finally, the outcome is exactly what we hoped for. With loads of top soil and grass seed, it is going to be a nice leveled back yard. Jerry is very knowledgeable, reasonable with pricing, and helpful. I will be hiring him again ð ¯!"

"The carpet and the furniture is still wet after 5 days. I have called numerous times and received no response. The owner of the business was not aware of the service I got. When he finally found out, he rectified my problems and came back and recleaned some of the hood and also rebuilt our kirby vacumn. I am having them back to clean our church rug as soon as the contractors are done installing a extra room."
