I hired Ralph with J&R Floor Covering. He worked with us on the time frame, was able to do both projects of hardwood floors and ceramic tile install. He did an impeccable job on clean up. I would hire him over and overa again.

Timely and floor installed as quoted. We were not on site upon completion and crew left coffee cups and soda on site. A few minor paint touch ups had to be done after installation.

"This home was under a full re-model coffee cups and soda bottles could very well have been confused with trash already on site when we arrived. Minor paint damage inevitably sometimes occurs during flooring installation had these concerns been brought to J&R Floor Coverings attention we would have been happy to touch up paint."

The guys moved fast and the floor looks good. That is the most important thing by far. They quoted me a price and did not deviate from it. That also is important. For the sensitive or feint of heart, the guys cursed a lot and had less than a "professional" presence. This did not really bother me as I spent 8 years in the Marines and am used to blue collar people. My only other beef was that they left 2 heaping garbage bags full of junk sitting in the yard. I wish they would have taken it with them to the dump or at least let me know about it prior, so I could have figured out arrangements (I don't think my city will take that trash)

"This was a very challenging installation as ceramic tile often can be on older homes. Sometimes the guys can a get a little frustrated and in there quest to do an expert job might accidentally let that frustration out but never in the presence of children. The trash was an oversight by the crew and would have gladly been picked up if asked J&R Floor Covering always cleans site when job is complete"
