Anthony was very honest and straightforward about the prices, didn't have any objections to my own choice of fireplace insert (although he did offer his help in finding an insert that would work for me), and offered his help in bringing my very heavy insert downstairs. Anthony did a great job on the installation and left the place very clean. He responds to calls and text messages in a very timely manner and he even called me two months after the job was done to make sure everything works well! If everyone had this kind of work ethics we would live in a perfect world."
