Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. "We had a mystery leak in our 10-year-old TPO rubber roof. Three roofers looked at the roof and said it’s in excellent condition otherwise. Two made repairs that didn’t stop the leak, although to be fair, both said they may need to come back with Plan B. Frustrated, we contacted Phelps Brothers Roofing for an estimate on a new roof. Rob came out and said he’d like to sell us a new roof, but we don’t need one. He and I were up there for some time while he searched for the source of the leak. He found it and repaired it. We know this company does great work and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or repair. We have to wonder if we called any other company, would we have dealt with someone less honest than Rob. Thank you."
