"Rich came out and noticed my chimney had excessive chimney cracks which was allowing sulfur gases into my home, we had Rich install a chimney liner to prevent any more issue. And more …. I can’t think of all the details as there was so much he’s done Tom is so knowledgeable, professional, respectful, kind and always takes the time to explain things in detail so you have a clear understanding of the job itself and the whys behind what is being done.
