"Unfortunately, more plumbing problems were identified beyond what I had hired them for.  Work on the shower was more intensive than anticipated which required more time fix and so they needed to come back the following day.  In addition, I was appreciative of the honest appraisal of the problems we encountered with a drain pipe leading from the kitchen to the basement drain.  Given the amount of time and money spent on other repairs, I did not have them make full repairs on this problem.
Only real issue was with the workers punctuality.  He was an hour late for the first day's work without calling and even later for the next day (although he did eventually call to let us know he was running late).
