We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.

They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question.
