"Needed to install Nest in my house. Pat did a great job. He was knowledgeable and through at every step. He even stayed after installation despite Nest customer service telling him system was fine to determine his “hunch” something was not perfect in downstairs thermostat. He was right! He stayed to trouble shoot and fix. Pat is super smart and extremely professional. Pat was excellent and plan to use him again shortly on another electrical project. Highly recommended."

"Jonathan and his guys are the BEST! I received bids from 4 or 5 oil service companies listed on Home Advisor. He gave me the best price. He replaced my old Dunkirk boiler with a new Dunkirk boiler. His guys are professional and clean. I had 2 problems with the boiler since he installed it but both were not his fault (water leak and no heat in a room). I called him and he sent a guy right over to fix the problems. His service is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely use his company again and I highly recommend him."

"These guys, Dave and Zach are very honest guys. They came to my house to check out what needed to be done and went over the whole thing with me. They carefully dug a trench/hole in my yard and repair a section of pipe that was damaged and leaking sewer into my yard. They came the next day with their equipment and had it fixed and cleaned up by sun down. I will call them again if I need any more work."

"Finally! After an overall fiasco with an installation of a water heater, someone who has experience, expertise and business ethics came to fix the issue. Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. Will definitely use him in the future!"

"I had the pleasure of having my heating and cooling system at my business installed and serviced by Andre, and I couldn't be happier. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but his work is always clean, neat, and perfect. He's also super responsive - I've called him a few times with issues at my house and also at my business, and he's always quick to help. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!"

The primary attractant for moles is food. With a powerful sense of smell, they seek out grubs, earthworms, ants, and other insects in the soil. Other factors can also draw them in, such as moist, loose soil which makes tunneling easier, so an overwatered lawn can be an invitation. Additionally, male moles may enter your yard to expand their territory or find a mate, and if a neighbor has a mole problem, it's possible for them to tunnel over to your property.

The average lifespan of a stink bug is about six to eight months, depending on species and environmental conditions. Their life cycle includes three stages: Egg, nymph, and adult. Eggs hatch in roughly five days to two weeks, followed by a four to six-week nymph stage where they grow and molt. Once fully matured, adult stink bugs focus on reproduction and can fly to new areas, often seeking refuge in homes in search of warmth.

The time it will take to see results from a professional exterminator can vary depending on the type of treatment and the severity of the infestation. You may notice a reduction of ants within a few days, but it can take weeks to months for the treatment to take full effect and kill the entire colony of ants. Make sure to discuss what results you can expect with your exterminator and any post-infestation cleaning you should do after the treatment.

Brown recluse spiders are found in Midwestern and South Central states like Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia. While it’s possible to find spiders from the same genus elsewhere in the country, you’re unlikely to find a brown recluse infestation outside of these designated zones. In any case, there are other dangerous spider species across the U.S., so always use caution when dealing with infestations of any kind.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), fleas can carry human disease-causing pathogens for Plague, Flea-borne typhus, and Cat scratch disease. These diseases are caused by fleas such as Oropsylla montana, Xenopsylla cheopis, and Ctenocephalides felis, and are commonly found in rural areas of the western United States, California, Texas, and Hawaii. Fleaborne parasites like tapeworms can also be spread to people and animals if they accidentally swallow an infected flea, and small children are at a higher risk. Symptoms may not be present in most infected people.
