"Sam was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us about everything throughout the project and cleaned up while he worked. "Dave installed our Oil burner five years ago and weâ ve never had a problem since. We recently had an emergency with our AC and he couldâ ve charged us $365 to come do a Saturday emergency visit, but he talked us through some troubleshooting and he was able to help us resolve the problem within five minutes and it no cost. You should always do business with people that are ethical. Because if theyâ re ethical, they will always come back and do the right thing."

"David Kappas was very responsive-- he called me on Monday and we set an appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday he called me to tsay that he would be arrive at 11am instead of 9am as he needed to finish up some work. He fixed my clogged faucet and installed a shut off valve in an effective, efficient, calm manner. I went over some other plumbing needs and he discussed each one in a sensible way. I'm planning to use him for the other plumbing projects and am awaiting his estimate."
