Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my new split system on New Years Eve!! Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. A pleasure to work with and he even gave me a bunch of free advise about other aspects of my nearly 100 year old heating system.
They will be my first call if I have any other heating or cooling needs!

Dave installed our Oil burner five years ago and weâ ve never had a problem since. We recently had an emergency with our AC and he couldâ ve charged us $365 to come do a Saturday emergency visit, but he talked us through some troubleshooting and he was able to help us resolve the problem within five minutes and it no cost. You should always do business with people that are ethical. Because if theyâ re ethical, they will always come back and do the right thing.

Oil Boiler or Radiator Heating System - Repair
Dave worked with us on annual maintenance and some repairs on our oil boiler. Recently moved in and the prior owner did not maintain the system. They did a thorough inspection and clean and it's running great now. Ended up with a few part repairs needed which were thoroughly explained and fixed quickly. Will be coming back to again, and found Dave to be trustworthy and thoughtful.

Finally! After an overall fiasco with an installation of a water heater, someone who has experience, expertise and business ethics came to fix the issue. Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. Will definitely use him in the future!
