Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. He fixed my clogged faucet and installed a shut off valve in an effective, efficient, calm manner. I went over some other plumbing needs and he discussed each one in a sensible way.
