Kris showed up with in 15 minutes after he called me. He did a great job. I needed springs and wire cables replaced. He recommend replacing maybe 30+ year old pulleys which I had him do. No pressure to do it. The price was fair.

Kris and Albert were extremely efficient in installing my new garage door and opener. The old opener was 31 years old. The door came with latest safety features and opener electronics were updated as well. Kris and team were quick, clean up and did the work within the prescribed time. No complaints on the installation and the professionalism.

I purchased a smart garage opener in 2022 but couldn’t find anyone to install it. Although I had always heard commercials for AngiesList, I had never used it myself. I finally got tired of people standing me up, so I finally decided to try Angi. I posted my job, and within 15 minutes I was contacted by Kris at Blue Diamond. I told him what I needed, and he said he would be able to install that day. His price was $100 less than the other quotes I had gotten and he specialized in garage doors only. He came to my home that afternoon, and installed the opener in under 90 minutes. I am pleased and happy with is work, professionalism, and customer service. He didn’t leave behind any garbage at all which also a sign of superior professionalism. He didn’t smoke, eat, play music, or talk on the phone while he was at my home. I nearly forgot he was working. The only thing I have to say that was an inconvenience, and I wish I had known prior to his arrival, is that he only accepts cash. He doesn’t accept credit cards or any other digital money transfers. However, Kris waited patiently while I ran to the ATM for his money. The work iis satisfying. at first, but not anymore. , Kris is not reliable regarding appointments. I had a garage opener installed and garage door repaired a few months ago. I had him left a slight opening at the door so I may pass an electric cord â temporaryâ through the door. I no longer need the â temporary opening at the bottom of my garage doorâ 4 days ago, I have been texting and calling him to drop by for an garage door adjustment. Each day he claimed he would show up, but didnâ t. Each day I had arranged for someone to wait â All day for himâ so as not to miss him, but no signs of him. I just want my garage door to close fully! I am still waiting for the adjustmentâ ¦.. Very disappointing⠦⠦ I can not say I was surprised at his unreliability. He had forgotten to install the door opener key pad during the installation. It took a few appointments for him to finally show up to install my â keypadâ

I hired Chris on a whimâ ¦ I had already had another co chosen. I usually donâ t revert from sound decisions but when I met Chris, I felt a resounding feeling to give him my business. Iâ m glad i did. Him and his partner are so meticulous with detail. My job lasted 9-10 hrs. Disclaimer: This will not be the case for everyone. My garage doors were old and my framing was too and attention to detail and time is just what my replacement required. I also had an electrical process being reinvented in the same space as well so figuring out all the moving parts is where Chris lands in excellence for me. He exuded patience and honor in his craftsmanship. I will never look at someone elseâ s garage the same when I drive by their house!!!
