Professional and friendly. Charged a fair price and helped replace the tank in my reverse osmosis system even though it was not compatible with the system they normally work with.

Last Saturday, Vinnie, Anthony and Zach The process went very smooth. Vinnie and his team arrived at 10:00AM as he said they would . Zach reached out to me the day before to reconfirm the time . The week before and after the installation, Vinnie would respond to my texts within minutes, which was very important to my wife and myself. Overall, SimplyPur did and outstanding job and I highly recommend them. Update from the previous review above. We had an unrelated plumbing issue under our sink. I called Vinnie on Saturday and a few hours later he showed up at my door and resolved the issue. SimplyPur provides "White Glove Service" to it's customers!!!

Claudia and Vincent were very helpful in explaining how the system works. We decided to do the whole house filtration system. Vincent and his workers arrived on time and were very neat and considerate. It might be a little costly, but you cannot put a price on clean water and your health.

The installation-scheduling and the installation itself went very smoothly. The system is a neat and compact layout. Once it was installed, Vincent patiently answered all our operational questions. My wife and I have been talking about getting a whole house water filtration system and alkaline reverse osmosis drinking system for a while after reading how contaminated our water supply is on Long Island. We called Simply PUR Water Filtration and it was the best decision we made. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and also gave us options in which they educated us and gave us all the information needed with equipment and pricing, as well as recommendations. They made it easy to understand, answered all of our questions as well as other systems we were confused with and recommended systems we needed along with a free water test. With 3 children playing sports it's awesome knowing that they are consuming super clean healthy water on a daily basis. They enjoy the taste and feel safer knowing that our whole house is treated as well. They also re-test my water after installation and give us courtesy calls for service which is much needed in my busy schedule. I highly recommend this company!!!

Vincent is a true professional. He came onsite and did more than he needed to making sure the whole house filter and RO were installed neat and clean. He left the place clean and adhered to all safety procedures during these difficult times.

Simply Pur was very thorough in testing my water and coming up with the right filtration system for my needs. They explained everything I needed to know about the water in my area, the filtration process and maintenance. They even offered to remove my system when I have my kitchen remodeled and put it back post remodel at no cost.

Vincent and Simply Pur got back to me quickly and set up an appointment to repair my system. Other companies were telling me I needed to replaces most of the system at a cost of over $500 plus labor. Vincent quickly identified the issue over the phone and repairs (parts and labor) were just over $200. Would highly recommend Vincent and Simply Pur. Honest and reliable. 6 STARS!
