"Charles and Jaz were able to come to our house the same day we called for service. As new homeowners we were clueless as to why our HVAC heat pump was blowing cold air after being switched to the heat setting. Almost immediately Charles and Jaz were able to find the issue (faulty wiring from the previous owner's DIY handyman work...) and fix it. Here’s how AC professionals will clean your AC coils:

Look up your model number online to find additional information. Usually, you can just take a look at the old filter and find the brand name and dimensions to order a new one. When replacing the filter, always check that it’s pointed the right way to match the direction of your airflow. Many filters have arrows on them to help with this step.
