"THEI AM RUNNING OUT OF ADJECTIVES!!! Just call A-Tech!! It's pretty simple: 1. Customer Service: It simply just doesn't get any better. Polite, knowledgeable staff that are TRULY interested in your service requirements to get the job done, and don't right the FIRST TIME! 2. Fair Pricing: No price gouging; Honest information: The TRUTH! if Brad says ""it's going to be $$"", that's what it is. Period. No questions, No ups, no add-on's. Truth in HVAC: what a concept!! 3. They stand behind their work, no matter what. Above and beyond does not EVEN START to apply. They make it right. They follow-up to make sure it's right. They look to see ""what is going to go wrong"", rather than wait for things to break that ""WILL"" go wrong (and cost you more in the long run). They recommend Preventative Maintenance, not to make more money, but to keep your system up, dependable, and running, and to keep you happy as a long-term and satisfied customer. 4. Dependable: On-Time, and constant updates on location. No guessing about where they are, or when they'll be there. 4. They make me feel like Friends and Family. And Family is NUMBER ONE! (And NO, I am NOT related to any of them!. Wish I was, Brad and his crew are great people!). Family takes care of family, right? 5. They have EARNED my unwavering TRUST and ADMIRATION. There is NO price tag that can be put on that statement. I can't say that about my car dealer. If you are so skeptical that you REALLY need a personal reference, PLEASE contact me on YELP for a personal ""off-list"" recommendation, I won't hesitate to give you one. Brad, Keven, Brandon (and I don't know who I've missed) are simply THE BEST!!!"

"Charles and Jaz were able to come to our house the same day we called for service. As new homeowners we were clueless as to why our HVAC heat pump was blowing cold air after being switched to the heat setting. Almost immediately Charles and Jaz were able to find the issue (faulty wiring from the previous owner's DIY handyman work...) and fix it. Along the way they explained everything including how our new home's system worked. Now we have heat for the winter and know a reliable, prompt HVAC company to call again next time we need service. Thank you!"

"I have been very pleased with their service and response times. Mr. Diaz is highly professional, and efficient. My family is always extremely satisfied with his knowledge base and that he keeps our HVAC system in top condition. Another impressive feature is that their appointment schedule has always been on time within the window given on the day. I am a committed client now and in the future."

"Roberto and his tech assistant were outstanding. They know HVAC very well and are outstanding technicians and representatives for One Hour AC & Heating. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and their willingness to stay until the job was completed. It is 106 degrees in Las Vegas at this time and 111 degrees in the house .. thank you Roberto and One Hour AC & Heating for getting us up and running again."

"We had a seasonal inspection of our HVAC system & during a free inspection of our vent/ducting system it was found that the attic vents were in an advanced state of deterioration. I got 3 bids from different HVAC companies, each initially selected based on web reviews. I chose Step By Step, which is small, not as well-known, and new to the business, based on my experience with Eric Juarez, who was personable and forthright in presentation, and straight in answering all my questions. Step By Step provided the most reasonable quote. The pricing allowed us to upgrade from R6 insulated ducting to R8. The house had original R4 builde-installed ducting. The Step By Step team was scheduled & arrived on time to perform removal of old duct work. Then Eric arrived plus a 3rd tech and the job was completed in about 4 hours. Throughout the process,, we were kept informed when techs would show up and what to expect. We are very satisfied with the work. We will use Step By Step again."

"couldn?t be more pleased with the service I received from Air Pro Master! From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They scheduled a same-day appointment and arrived on time, fully prepared to assess and repair my AC unit. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour?no upselling or unnecessary repairs, just honest, efficient work. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly, and even gave me tips on how to maintain my system to avoid future issues. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused HVAC company, I highly recommend Air Pro Master. They?ve definitely earned a loyal customer!"
