"I got a call from Alaskan Heating and Air that my Bi-annual system checkup was due. They set it up for about a week later for between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 4pm, and Tony came to the door with a smile and asked me a few questions then went to work. He was extremely careful on my roof, as it is hard to go right in front of the air conditioner, so he had to make his way across another way, but gingerly went across the tiles. He did his work, was always jovial, and took his time making sure he did everything. I just wanted to let the company know what a great worker they have, and that because of people like him, I will continue to use this company for all my air conditioning and heating.show more

She suggested that during our bi-annual inspection/checkup with Dave in Nov., Dave will provide advice as to the need for vent cleaning. This answer was perfect!!
