Be aware of the hustler company, my system is new 2021 was working fine until yes company comes to see why my bills winter comes high i though need tune up.was running days after this company teg went to check the system he end up need control board and valve to be replaced for almost 4k dollars and now my system stopped working in called office said we didn't do anything for the system if you have warranty with old company they installed on 2021 go call them so guys be aware of this company they driving all new trucks because of hustling, and ripped people.

We had them come out for a quote for a few things that needed fixed around the house. A service call fee was NEVER discussed or part of the original call to have them come out. The price for the work we needed done was way too high so we declined the quote. Only then were we informed about the service call fee. I understand you canà ¢à  à  t come out to peopleà ¢à  à  s homes for free but the customer should be informed that there is a service call fee to come and give a quote. Plus, the amount they were going to charge to fix the outlets was OUTRAGEOUS! We are very disappointed as we hired Apple Electric to do all the previous work and had EXCELLENT customer service from them. Seems that culture did not carry over to Yes!
