He responded to my phone call & texts in a reasonable amount of time, arrived on the nose, had all the tools required for the job, did an excellent installation in exactly the time alloted, and did not waste unnecessary time chitchating ."

"Three appliances needed repairs. Gary diagnosed all three within minutes. He identified the parts I need in a few more minutes. He had to literally take the drier apart to find the defective parts and their part numbers, so yes, that one took a little longer than a few minutes. For that one we decided it’s more cost effective to get a new drier. He offered to put it back together but what’s the point? They’ll only haul it away, anyway. He’s friendly courteous with a no-nonsense demeanor. Angie’s list is right to recommend him."
